Who is this for?
Manufacturers, distributors, and professional service firms such as accounting, legal, and consulting practices, whose answers are spread across core systems and spreadsheets. Our work so far is in manufacturing and service businesses.
Do you replace our core systems?
No. Your existing systems stay the system of record. We connect to them and add an AI assistant and reporting dashboards on top, without creating a competing master record.
What systems do you connect to?
The systems you already run: your ERP, warehouse management system (WMS), applicant tracking system (ATS), or practice management system, plus CRM, accounting and billing, shipping and freight, time and labor, and the spreadsheets in between. We start by confirming read access. If your data can’t support the answer you need, we tell you before you commit.
Will you change our data?
Not to start. The first connection only reads. Any updates back to your systems come later, are separately agreed, and run under controls you approve.
Is our data used to train AI models?
We use AI from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Microsoft 365. When the assistant answers a question, the question and the data needed to answer it are sent to the AI provider for processing under terms that exclude training.
